There has been snow a week now, these pictures are from 7th Oct. In Rovaniemi we have some 5cm left but in Ylläs – where my racing team is at the moment – already 20cm snow.
Anniina, who has been my handler in all races, is happy to do some serious training. In this picture she is with Amen who is a member of our young racing team.

Juho Ylipiessa is a new member in the team. He spent last winter in Whitehorse training the racing team of Hugh Neff, number 2 in Yukon Quest. Juho run Yukon Quest 300. This winter he is training my main racing team with me and will race Pasvik Trail.
